Clinical Data Architecture & Phased Launch Strategy
For the Tezspire Healthcare Professional (HCP) digital ecosystem, I architected a comprehensive UX framework designed to deliver dense, highly complex scientific information to medical practitioners efficiently. My process involved mapping out parallel current-state and proposed-state sitemaps, leveraging a rigorous, color-coded taxonomy to establish immediate stakeholder alignment on a multi-phase engineering and content deployment roadmap.
Rapid Conceptual Ideation
To accelerate the initial product definition phase, I developed a suite of low-fidelity conceptual wireframes. This rapid-prototyping approach allowed cross-functional product owners to evaluate global navigation patterns and structural direction early, securing rapid executive sign-off before investing in deep data modeling.
Clinical Data Visualization & Information Hierarchy
Following conceptual alignment, I engineered comprehensive, detailed wireframes specifically designed to solve complex medical data density challenges. I meticulously mapped the placement of intricate scientific data, clinical study graphs, and efficacy charts, establishing a clear visual hierarchy that guided stakeholders to prioritize the most critical clinical insights on each template page.
